Dear Students,
Now you can use the Forgot Password option in Learning Management System to Reset your Password in case you have forgotten the password.
Always check if you could login to LMS One Day before the examination, using a Laptop or a Desktop computer (if it is an LMS based online examination). Since some students use mobile phones to use LMS, they do not remember the password of their LMS account on the day of the examination to login to the computers at ITRC Labs.
To reset the password you should have access to your Office 365 Email provided by the faculty. The password reset link will be emailed to the email account that is set up in your LMS account and the default email address given there (at the time of the LMS account creation) is the office 365 email. If you do not have access to Office 365 email too then at first you can recover your office 365 account from the below link. (Those who have changed their email in LMS to a personal email address should check that personal email for the password reset link)

Also note that the password reset link might be received at the SPAM folder in your email. Therefore if you did not receive the password reset link after few mins of the reset attempt, then please check the SPAM folder as well to check if it is there.
