For all students sitting for the 2nd & 4th year examinations,
This is in line with obtaining the ‘Quarantine Certificate’ as mentioned on the student notices dated 2020.07.30 and 2020.08.07
Kindly note that if the respective Public Health Officer (PHI) in charge of the area in which you reside refuses to grant you a Quarantine Certificate, you must fill in the Self-Declaration form and carry it along with you when attending examinations.
