Clarification on obtaining the “Quarantine Certificate”
This is in response to the queries received in relation to obtaining the Quarantine Certificate for the purpose of the First Semester End Examinations 2020, following the student notice dated 2020.07.30.
Kindly note that you must request for a “Quarantine Certificate” from the respective Public Health Officer (PHI) in charge of the area in which you reside, within three (03) days prior to you entering the university. Please be informed that this is a standard document, and therefore, you do not need to request the respective PHI for any further certification on the same.
